KOOTH.COM/MOD

is available to anyone in the world between the ages of 11 and 24 offering, safe, free, and anonymous online
counselling with qualified counsellors, through a chat-based messaging service via drop-in or booked sessions.

Kooth has been commissioned by the MoD to support young people posted overseas as part of the military community.  Therefore, you must go via this route (kooth.com/mod) to be able to access Kooth from overseas.

Complaints / Feedback

Want to make a complaint or share some feedback?

Children and young people can make complaints or share feedback about their own care if they are able to do so. Parents and legal guardians can make complaints on behalf of children aged below 16 years, that have received healthcare delivered or arranged by the SSAFA Cyprus Community Healthcare team.
